Baoding Gaoyang County textile industry cluster has recently been identified as the third batch of Hebei intelligent cluster construction pilot industrial cluster.

Gaoyang County is known as the hometown of textiles, and there are more than 4000 textile enterprises and individual processing households. Among them, 59 enterprises are regulated, 20 thousand sets of textile machinery, and 14 employees, with an annual output of 500 thousand tons of towels, accounting for about 1/3 of the total towel production in the country, and 20 gross tons of blankets, accounting for 28% of the gross output of the national blanket.
