It is the greatest miracle of real China in the past ten years.

The industry may not have been called an industry before, and there may be no such thing as a courier industry in China.

However, in the past ten years, we have surpassed the accumulation of nearly one hundred years in the United States, which is indeed very remarkable.

I just saw that our courier company actually sent the house to the customer, and the other day I saw a telegraph pole, and I was wondering who would buy a telegraph pole now, but there are all kinds of people in the world who buy all kinds of things.

It also found that more than 600 counties in China could reach the day or the next day, and 16 thousand villages could be delivered.

In the past ten years, I have basically insisted on that Alibaba should not express itself and should not engage in logistics itself.

At that time, many people challenged me, and now many people have asked me how you can guarantee quality, how to ensure efficiency and how to ensure time.

I think there are countless entrepreneurs in the Chinese market and countless outstanding young people in the Chinese market. They will surely do more professionally, and will surely do more efficiently.

As a matter of fact, we do not have our own express company. We have no idea that we have no logistics company.

These ten years of miracles prove that the past ten years have been achieved, and the next ten years must really do well.

I heard the other day that more than 6000 meters of training base in Mount Everest had bought many things for many athletes, many mountaineers, Taobao and Tmall, and our courier company could keep sending the goods to Mount Everest training base every week.

Of course, I can firmly believe that, ten years later, express logistics and today's express logistics is completely two yards.

Ten years ago, everyone said that e-commerce is impossible in China. I told you that ten years ago, I talked with many colleagues engaged in e-commerce. The e-commerce we do today is not e-commerce after ten years. I also tell you today that the logistics express industry we are engaged in today may change dramatically after ten years.

Today, there are about 60 million packages of express delivery in China every day. We told Alibaba last year that we are not retail, but we have the largest retail sales in the world. Last year, we completed more than 3 billion sales.

But our goal is to exceed US $1 trillion in 2020.

That is to say, last year we were GDP of sixth provinces in China. In another three or four years, we will probably exceed Guangdong to become China's largest virtual economy.

From this point of view, I want to tell you that in ten years' time, in the next seven years or so, China's daily express parcel will reach 300 million parcels.

In other words, China's annual package will exceed one hundred billion parcels.

The one hundred billion parcels will create ten million jobs for China at least.

With the power of technology and the power of data, we should use the power of sharing to integrate the logistics of the whole world.

So I think in the past ten years, in the express delivery industry, we have demonstrated the ability to start an undertaking, the strength of people and the power of innovation. In the future, we should attach great importance to the power of technology, the power of data, the power of integration, and the power of sharing.

If we really think about it, our contribution to society is much more than that of sending a little bit of goods.

Therefore, the promotion of logistics and the leverage of consumption are also very large.

The speed of logistics doubles and the leverage of stimulating consumption can be expanded by 5 times.

Therefore, I think that the logistics industry should not only regard itself as the delivery of goods, but think that we are participating in the reorganization of the whole society, and we are participating in the construction of the future world economy.

We should also have professional clothing such as UPS and FEDEX, with such professional cars.

We want to build cars in China's real logistics industry, so that these cars can block the sun in summer and rain in winter. We can be more intelligent on cars, so that we can know what our customers need.

So step by step, in the past ten years, we have done it, and we will do better in the next ten years.

We are also very concerned about what the rookie is going to do. From the three years since its establishment, we have been exploring a problem. What exactly do the rookie do? I think we have two things and two principles.

In the past three years, we have not changed.

First, the rookie must do what others can not do. Second, do things that others do not want to do.

We should not do the job that we should not grab the express logistics industry, even if we can't grab it.

Then, we must solve two goals, ten years or less, three years ago. Within ten years, online shopping in any place in China can reach 24 hours, and the whole world will reach 72 hours. When we put forward these two requirements, we said, "how many people are there?"

If I want to lock 5000 people, they will not be able to find the express themselves.

But today, we see that this road is going right, we pass the data, we want to see is that China has more than 4000 pport companies, about 6000000 pport lines, not including the whole world.

As for China, how to make these logistics pport companies more effective, how to make the about 6000000 pport lines more effective, and how to truly make data enable the courier companies to make more money and earn more efficiently, can let the courier have dignity, and at the same time is a job that they feel honored for themselves. I think this is what rookie companies are going to do.

Alibaba hopes that the rookie can connect to any one, all logistics companies, express companies, warehouses, customs, and everything, so that the whole world can connect this network, so that the world will become more effective.

In addition, I think the logistics industry has great potential and great potential.

As I said just now, not only do we need to deliver goods very fast, not only do we deliver the goods very cheap, but of course, today we spell the price. I think this is a process.

If you are still fighting the price today, not the value, rather than the service, any industry will be killed by the price.

No win in the world is won by price.

So I think every one of us has to think about it. If China's logistics industry can't earn money, then the industry is a dead industry. However, the early stage of disorderly development and early competition are normal.

I don't know when China's UAV will be able to deliver goods, but I believe that the robots inside the warehouse must be realized and must be accelerated.

We can not take people to do some simple copying work. As for the UAV, where can the goods be pported and how long it will take? Will the air force approve it? If it is done in the air or fall down by itself, I think it's still very pleasant to chat and chat after lunch. I really think it will take time to really do it.

In addition, I also believe that if we do not look forward to the future of the logistics industry and do not think about it, we should think more about the UAV rather than think about it. Think about the concept of happiness, think about how to send people to the moon in the future, and send people and goods to Mars. These are the things that the modern logistics industry will have to think about in the future.

So, I think the great changes in the logistics industry have changed the world and changed the world outlook. The first attempt at the logistics industry of mankind is the silk road.
