3. water chestnut: it has no suture itself.

The sharp mouth of the water chestnut passes through the straight needle coil to expand it, so that the straight needle can penetrate through the second puncture material and form a single line chain trace.

4. shuttle: its structure is composed of shuttle shell and shuttle core.

The spindle shell is fixed on the lower axle of the machine and then rotated together; the spindle mouth is used to hook the straight needle coil; the expansion part of the curved steel skin can expand the needle ring so as to make the winding smoothly.

The shuttle core is sleeved in the shuttle shell and flexibly rotates in the groove of the shuttle shell.

The convex pin fixed on the positioning hook of the frame is embedded in the notch of the shuttle core so that the shuttles can not rotate.

The spindle is inserted with a bobbin.

The thread on the bobbin is drawn from the reed on the cover, adjusting the tension of the reed screw and adjusting the tension of the bottom line.

The stitches are adjusted through the tension to pass through the holes of the crank of the take-up crank, and then pierce the pinholes through the guide hooks and the guide holes. When the lifting movements of the crank and the sewing needles move upward and downward, the suture needles needed to form the needle rings can be supplied, and the needles and bottom lines can be tightened with the help of the sewing ends.

The take-up of the needle thread is achieved by the double action of the needle bar reciprocating motion and the lever type compensation take-up device, and the bottom line is completed by a single cam type take-up device.

The upper and lower reciprocating motion of the needle bar drives the small pressing plate and the wiring board to move up and down, and the take-up is carried out under the cooperation of the wire drawing device, while the two left bending needles are tightened by the swing of the lever type take-up device fixed on the curved needle crank.
