Recently, a world research team has developed a new method of producing glass nanofibers, which relies on "laser spinning" technology.

The team from University of Vigo, Rutgers University and Imperial College London in London, UK, successfully extracted nanofibers from bioactive glass.

One of the highlights of the new technology is the use of high-energy lasers for the front material.

Another important breakthrough is that new technologies have no harsh requirements for the production environment, which is difficult to achieve in the field of nanotechnology.

This material can be used in the medical field to promote bone regeneration, and can also be used to produce flame retardant fabrics, carbon dioxide capture systems and composite materials.
