Do You Know The Price And Loss In Business?

Price fraud seriously hurts the interests of consumers, which is deeply repugnant to the people. However, because of the deceptive nature of price cheating, consumers often fall into the trap and do not know.

So far, there has been no typical case of punishment for price fraud. Recently, the experts detailedly enumerated the inside of the "price trap", and uncovered the disguise of price fraud.

False and marked price behavior:

It mainly refers to the fact that there are false elements in the name, origin, specification, grade, or service items of the markup marked by the operator, and as a means to induce consumers or other operators to purchase.

Inspection by relevant departments found that quite a lot of packaged goods did not meet the weight marked by the marked price. Real estate developers did not have property rights certificates, but they lied about them. Some restaurants and entertainment businesses marked the service items, but afterwards they did not provide services on the pretext of various reasons.

Fuzzy code marking behavior:

When the price is clearly marked, the operator intentionally uses obscure, ambiguous, non-standard language, words, pictures, measurement units, etc. to make people misunderstand and induce others to trade.

Some real estate advertising "10 thousand yuan can buy houses as owners", it contains hidden elements.

In essence, it means paying l yuan in advance and buying the property as owner.

For example, the travel agency advertising campaign "head and tail 6 days tour only 2000 yuan", in fact, the first night of departure, sixth days early return, "6 day tour has become a 4 day tour".

There are mainly two types of false price reduction: first, the operator creates a relatively high original price and then falsely claims that the price is reduced so as to achieve the purpose of inducing others to buy.

If the actual price of a leather garment is only 500 yuan, the operator will make a fictional price of 2000 yuan, and then mark the price of 1000 yuan, and induce others to buy with the inciting language such as "jumping off the building price", "processing price", "the lowest price" and "losing everything". Two, the operator does not create the original price, but the fictional industry is changed, the business is closed down, and the business is closed.

We often see some stores hanging up, "our shop closures, the last two days clearance sale."

Two days later, the sign still hung there.

False preferential discounts:

The operator passes the virtual original price, and on this basis marks a virtual 2000 fake discount discount price, and induces others to buy it.

The original price of a garment is 200 yuan, plus a reasonable profit of 500 yuan.

Then, based on the original price, half off sales are falsely claimed.

In fact, the price after discount is higher than the original price.

Generally speaking, consumers have limited knowledge of commodity quality and brand, and the price marked by merchants is high or low, which is difficult to correctly judge.

"Black box"

Pricing behavior:

The operators mark the price of goods or services clearly, but do not deliberately label the incidental, related, and after-sale items intentionally, so that consumers will be forced to accept unnecessary additional items and additional charges when the consumption information is incomplete.

For example, some wines often use the so-called "special price" to attract customers, and publicize "lobster only 68 yuan a Jin", but other dishes are 10 yuan each, and the dish is 10 yuan a dish.

The restaurant does not ask customers whether they need it or not.

What's more, some restaurants also charge customers two yuan for air conditioning when they check out.

Behavior of high price settlement at low price:

The operator deliberately price the same goods or services at a low price, and attract customers to buy them, and then settle them at high prices.

In some areas, a few peddlers use low price or price tag to attract customers, and use various fraudulent or even threatening means to buy customers.

When a customer has to buy, the seller will change a high price tag and ask the customer to accept the high price.

Counterfeiting government pricing and government guided prices:

Some operators, especially those with certain monopolistic industries, falsely claim that the price is a government price when formulating their own price or government guidance price, so that customers are forced to accept the price set by the operator.
