National Standards For Sports Shoes Were Introduced To Private Entrepreneurs.
Recently, the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine issued the first national standard of track and field shoes in China. The standard was drafted jointly by five units. The Kunshan entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Kunshan Do-win sporting goods Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting.
In 2004, the China National Standardization Management Committee under the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, after a systematic information search and demonstration, authorized the five units of the China Sporting Goods Federation, the national Footwear Testing Center, the China Rubber Association, the Kunshan entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Do-win sporting goods Co., Ltd. to jointly draft the national standards for Chinese track and field shoes.
The track and field sports shoes standards abroad belong to the technical secrets of the industry. Without any reference materials, Kunshan Do-win sporting goods Co., Ltd., through repeated reference to international famous track and field shoes brand, combined with similar advanced products in China, carried out repeated experiments to obtain data. The Kunshan inspection and Quarantine Bureau, through the Internet and other channels, has continuously collected and provided the latest technical standards of the world's "Do-win". Through more than 3 hundred thousand efforts, the technical standard was finally written at the beginning of this year. The standard specifies the health and safety performance, physical safety performance, physical and mechanical properties, appearance quality, inspection rules and signs of track and field shoes. The 2/3 technical parameter in the standard is the manufacturing standard of Do-win.
It is understood that there are more than 1000 track and field sports shoes manufacturers in China. The total number of sports shoes produced annually is 60% of the world's total. However, due to the lack of unified technical standards, the product quality is uneven. The introduction of the national standards for track and field shoes will enable Chinese manufacturers to follow the rules in order to purchase raw materials, improve production processes and improve product quality. At the same time, it will also smooth out obstacles for some high quality brand products to enter the international market.
